TAG 2: SONNTAG: MASKAT (70 KM)
Frühstück in Ihrem Hotel. Wir beginnen mit einem Briefing-Meeting um 9.30 Uhr, um die gesamte Gruppe und den Guide vorzustellen und die Reise zu erklären. Danach starten wir die Tour durch Maskat. Das Mittagessen wird in einem typischen Fischrestaurant mit den Einheimischen serviert. Nach dem Mittagessen besuchen wir das alte Maskat, umgeben von steilen Bergen und flankiert von den Zwillingsfestungen 'Jalali' & 'Mirani' aus dem 16.Jahrhundert, und sehen auch den Al Alam Palast, die Residenz Seiner Majestät Sultan Qaboos. Seine geschnitzten Türen öffnen sich zu einer Rezeption im Festungsstil. Das Museum umfasst traditionelle omanische Waffen, Schmuck, Kostüme, Haushaltsgegenstände und nachgebildete städtische und ländliche Umgebungen. Fahren Sie dann durch die landschaftliche Schönheit der Corniche, halten Sie in Muttrah - dem wichtigsten Hafen- und Handelszentrum - und erkunden Sie den farbenfrohen historischen Souk. TAG 3: MONTAG: MUSCAT -SUR- WAHIBA (340 KM)

Besuchen Sie das berühmte Sinkhole, einen Teil eines eingestürzten Berges, der mit Meerwasser gefüllt ist, und fahren Sie dann auf der abgestuften Straße über Fins weiter. Am späten Nachmittag erreichen wir die Wüste von Wahiba Sands – eine der faszinierendsten und geheimnisvollsten Regionen des Oman. Wir werden 4x4 Fahrzeuge besteigen und das Abenteuer in der Wüste beginnen. Die riesigen, ständig wechselnden Dünen beherbergen eine erstaunliche Vielfalt an Wildtieren und beherbergen verschiedene Arten von Flora und Fauna. Die schnell wechselnden Muster der Dünen sind eine Freude für Fotografen. Die Wahiba beherbergt auch einige tausend Beduinen, von denen bekannt ist, dass sie diese unwirtliche Region seit mindestens 7000 Jahren bewohnen. Wir werden ein bisschen Dünen-Bashing machen, während unsere erfahrenen Fahrer ihr Können auf der Dünenfahrt zeigen, was ein aufregendes Erlebnis ist. Abendessen im Camp mit echter Wüstenatmosphäre und Übernachtung im komfortablen Zelt, gut ausgestattet mit Betten und Badezimmern in Wahiba Sands.
TAG 4: DIENSTAG- WAHIBA SANDS - NIZWA (200 KM)
Nach dem Frühstück werden wir ein letztes Mal die Wüste und ihre Geheimnisse genießen, bevor wir in unseren 4x4 einsteigen, um in die normale Zivilisation zurückzukehren. Anschließend fahren wir zum Wadi Bani Khalid – einem üppig grünen Tal, das von schroffen Bergen umgeben ist. Wir werden eine unglaubliche Aussicht genießen und die Möglichkeit haben, die landschaftliche Schönheit mit den Kameras festzuhalten. Wir werden im Wadi spazieren gehen, um die Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden. Abfahrt nach NIZWA gegen Mittag, wir werden auf unserem Weg zum Mittagessen anhalten. TAG 5: MITTWOCH - NIZWA- MASKAT-ABREISE (150 KM)
Nach dem Frühstück setzen wir den Besuch von Nizwa fort. Unser erster Halt ist das charmante Ahnendorf BIRKAT AL MAWZ am Fuße des GRÜNEN Berges JEBEL AKHDAR. Dann fahren wir zum Jabreen Fort .Das im 17.Jahrhundert erbaute Schloss Jabreen ist eines der schönsten seiner Art. Sein prächtiger Putz, die geschnitzten Türen und die bemalten Holzbalken der Decken machen dieses Schloss erstaunlich anders. Nachdem wir das Schloss Jabreen besucht haben, fahren wir zurück nach Nizwa, vorbei am JEBEL SHAMS, einem Teil der berühmtesten Hadschar-Gebirgskette im OMAN. Wir werden an den ältesten Kleinstädten von Oman Bahla mit seiner Festung vorbeikommen (Außenbesichtigung). Wir werden an den Palmenhainen von Al Hamra anhalten, um das Falaj-System zu sehen. wir werden auf unserem Weg zum Mittagessen anhalten. Nach dem Besuch fahren wir nach MASKAT, der Hauptstadt. Abends Transfer zum Flughafen Maskat für den Rückflug.
